Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Dealer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with dealerships, ensure timely communication, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to lending guidelines, quality framework, and audit requirements. Investigate and resolve any audit observations promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals, provide guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
