CNC Machining Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines as per engineering drawings and product specifications.
  • Interpret, edit, and modify G-code programs to suit production needs.
  • Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and raw materials in alignment with operational requirements.
  • Monitor machine operations, identify deviations, and conduct first-level in-process quality checks.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of machines and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain daily production logs, shift reports, and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operations.
  • Ability to interpret and modify G-code programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
