Job Title: Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain project management standards, templates, and methodologies across multiple projects.
  • Support strategic portfolio management by tracking project health, budgets, and alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain RAID logs and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and stakeholder communication trackers.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Billing and invoicing-related activities: tracking, resource, and project-related budgeting.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 4–5 years of experience in Project/Operations Management, Application Support, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project-tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
