Senior Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex portfolios for mid-market and emerging large corporates.
- Regularly monitor borrower accounts, maintaining updates on developments.
- Provide guidance to borrowers in turnaround situations, conduct viability studies, develop sustainable business plans, and participate in rehabilitation packages.
- Oversee stressed assets through interaction with the company, performance monitoring, benchmarking, site visits, and adherence to stipulated terms.
- Monitor exposures, review credit files, financials, security documentation, and current status.
- Design early warning triggers, closely monitor portfolios, review operational and financial performance, and track monthly cash flows.
- Formulate recovery strategies post-factoring legal options.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration from a reputable institution.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Banking, Asset Reconstruction Company or Big Four consultancy firms.
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of reading and understanding entity financials and credit analysis.
- Understanding of various industries.
- Familiarity with RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring.
- Reasonable knowledge of commercial laws, including IBC, SARFAESI, contract laws, etc.
- Effective note-making skills and strong written and spoken communication.
