Job Overview:

The role of a SAP FICO Manager involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of financial accounting and controlling processes using SAP software.

Key responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business requirements, and providing inputs to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.

Additional duties involve experience in implementing and supporting Controlling module - Product Costing, Account based & Costing Based COPA, and resolving CO related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of FI (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Reco) and integrating with other modules such as SD, MM, PP.

Able to think out of the box solutions and not restricted to SAP environment. Experience in preparation of Functional Specification and working on Customized Reports is also desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • At least 7-10 years of overall experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FICO module
  • Experience in manufacturing industry client
  • Good Functional knowledge of FI (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Reco)
  • Experience in Controlling Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting & Internal Order
  • Ability to manage subordinate managers, professionals in larger group of moderate complexity and keep them motivated
