Job Title: Application Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Study Abroad team as an Application Development Specialist. This role involves managing the entire application lifecycle for students applying to top universities across the globe.

About the Role:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of university applications, including evaluating student profiles and recommending suitable programs.
  • Guide students on documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and compliance procedures.
  • Assist in preparing supporting documents, such as SOPs, resumes, LORs, and academic materials.
  • Upload verified documents to university portals with precision and accuracy.
  • Liaise with international universities and internal teams (counseling, visa, finance) to ensure a smooth process.
  • Maintain trackers and provide regular reports to highlight any bottlenecks or areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable programs based on their qualifications and interests.
  2. Guide students on the necessary documentation, including SOPs, resumes, and academic materials.
  3. Prepare and upload verified documents to university portals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Liaise with international universities and internal teams to facilitate a seamless application process.
  5. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide timely support to resolve any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international relations, education, or business).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
