Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Application Specialist to provide expert technical support for channel partners and end users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, offering robotic application support and consultations, developing and translating technical training curriculums, conducting technical training courses, hosting technical workshops, and preparing and translating technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to channel partners via various communication channels.
  2. Offer robotic application support and consultations to channel partners and the Dobot sales team, ensuring seamless integration of robotic solutions.
  3. Develop and translate comprehensive technical training curriculums to enhance channel partners' and end users' knowledge and competencies in Dobot robots and applications.
  4. Conduct technical training courses and host technical workshops to facilitate hands-on learning experiences for end users.
  5. Enhance channel partners' and end users' technical knowledge and competencies through regular updates and support.
  6. Prepare and translate technical documentation to ensure accurate and consistent information is shared with all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in the robotics or automation industry.
  • Proven expertise in designing and integrating robotic applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosing skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong computer and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C++/Java/Python/Lua (a plus).
