Job Title: Cloud Security Specialist

Summary:

A senior-level security professional is required to lead the application and cloud security initiatives, ensuring robust security posture and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Security Assessment: Conduct thorough security reviews of web and mobile applications, evaluating architecture, identifying vulnerabilities, and suggesting mitigations aligned with OWASP Top 10 and other frameworks.
  • Change Management & Governance: Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) to review and approve changes from a security perspective, providing detailed risk analysis and security recommendations for proposed changes and integrations.
  • Cloud Security Strategy: Develop and implement secure cloud configurations and architecture, providing guidance on secure usage of cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, Oracle, or GCP, and supporting teams in leveraging CSPM tools for posture management and visibility.
  • Security Automation: Utilize scripting to automate security tasks, integrate tools, manage vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows using tools like Qualys, and ensure seamless integration of security controls across teams.

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in Application and Cloud Security, team management exposure, strong understanding of secure architecture design and change management processes, hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools, familiarity with cloud platforms and basic cloud security principles, proficiency in scripting for automation and tool integration, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
