Job Title: Cybersecurity Research and Development Expert

We seek a highly skilled research and development professional with expertise in information security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in areas such as cyber security, threat intelligence, cloud security posture management, risk assessment, vulnerability analytics, and more.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand current network, cloud, and application setup.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technology solutions to meet success criteria defined by Infosec teams.
  • Draw risk scenarios and recommended actions based on the threat landscape.
  • Present research findings, reports, advisories to organization management.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams to share best practices.
  • Participate in developing cybersecurity architecture, roadmaps, strategies, business cases, and remediation plans.
  • Perform advanced log analysis, forensics, malware analysis, network traffic, and other related activities to determine new attack scenarios.
  • Evaluate new tools, processes, procedures, and technologies for improving security posture and recommend best practices.
  • Lead and drive initiatives to enhance internal knowledge based on threats.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of R&D experience.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, phishing attacks, network segmentation, zero trust networks, identity management, cybersecurity defense, forensic analysis, and security technologies.
  • Proven operational experience in installing security platforms and understanding underlying challenges to reduce business impact.
  • Proven capability to create and improve strategic threat areas.
  • Contributed to process automation, knowledge sharing, and training other members.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and strong critical thinking skills.
  • A self-driven individual contributor who can take initiatives to get things done.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in computer science/information technology.
  • Any degree/certification in cybersecurity/information security, forensics, analytics, or equivalent.
  • Total experience: 10+ years.
