Job Summary:

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of various equipment in our facility. This includes ensuring the smooth functioning of machines such as Vial Filling Stoppering Machines, Sterilizing and Depyrogenation Tunnels, Lyophilizers, Autoclaves, Pasteurizers, Incubators, Foggers, and Filter Integrity Testers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • To actively participate in fill-finish operations and media fills, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
  • To prepare and review general and equipment operation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • To compile and analyze data on critical process attributes to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to yield variation reduction and investigation of low-yield batches or Out-of-Specification (OOS) results routed through change control or deviation.
  • To engage in external and internal regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
