Manufacturing Operations Specialist

- Responsible for the operation and cleaning of various manufacturing equipment, including vial washing machines, depyrogenating tunnels, and lyophilizers.
- Involved in aseptic media fills formulation and filling activities in aseptic areas, ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- Operate and clean HPHV steam sterilizers, maintaining a high level of sterility throughout the process.
- Clean and prepare components as per load patterns, ensuring efficient production workflows.
- Prepare and filter disinfectants, IPA, and other chemicals, following strict protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Responsible for area and equipment cleaning in FP facilities, adhering to quality control standards.
- Handle APA equipment and participate in personnel gowning qualification processes, upholding regulatory requirements.
- Execute batch documents and related logbooks online, accurately recording production data.
- Manage various types of filters and filter integrities, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment in coordination with engineering teams, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Maintain day-to-day activities in manufacturing areas, overseeing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Perform DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ for equipment in aseptic processing areas and other associated areas, guaranteeing compliance with regulations.
- Report incidents and problems to reporting officers, providing accurate and timely information.
- Participate in training programs for individuals in respective areas, enhancing skills and knowledge.
- Responsible for handling and movement of DS/FDS and DP, adhering to quality control and safety protocols.
- Achieve planned FP targets while adhering to cGMP guidelines, driving business success.
