Job Summary:

The Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various equipment and machinery within our facility. This includes the PFS/Vial filling, stoppering, and sealing machine, as well as the Lyophilizer machine.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for operating and cleaning equipment such as PFS/Vial filling, stoppering, and sealing machine, Lyophilizer machine, and HPHV steam sterilizer.
  • Involved in aseptic media fills formulation and filling activities in aseptic areas.
  • Clean and prepare machine parts and loads as per load pattern.
  • Preparation and filtration of disinfectants, IPA, etc.
  • Responsible for area and equipment cleaning in FP facility.
  • Handling of APA equipment and involvement in personnel gowning qualification.
  • Online execution of batch documents and related logbooks.
  • Handling of various types of filters and performing filter integrity tests.
  • Execution of preventive maintenance plan for equipment in coordination with engineering.
  • Maintaining day-to-day activities in manufacturing areas.
  • Performing DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ for equipment in aseptic processing and associated areas.
