We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to assist in executing marketing plans for our property. This role will focus on managing e-commerce opportunities, developing relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders, and promoting the property through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily marketing activities that drive departmental success
  • Collaborate with regional teams to coordinate rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf promotions
  • Maintain, update, and manage all web sites to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Coordinate offers and information for publications and inserts regarding brand loyalty reward mailings
  • Develop brochure and property collateral materials that effectively communicate our message
  • Participate in property imaging work, such as signage, to enhance the overall aesthetic
  • Analyze website and email campaign tracking data to inform future marketing strategies
  • Ensure consistent marketing messaging across all advertising and collateral efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and project management abilities
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns
