Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, facilitating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, interacting with potential and existing customers, and collaborating with sales and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- 1-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
