Senior Marketing Specialist (Construction Industry)

Location: Bangalore (Ullal)

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist with 5–6 years of proven experience in the construction/real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction sector, market trends, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies for construction projects (residential, commercial, layouts, etc.).
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing) tailored to the real estate audience.
  • Design offline marketing strategies including site branding, brochures, hoardings, events, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with construction timelines and sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns and implement nurturing funnels for high-quality conversions.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, content strategy, and PR activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns to management with actionable insights.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and guide them in campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of experience in marketing within the construction/real estate industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, SEO tools).
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns in the real estate/construction space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with sales, architects, and project managers to align strategies.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
