  • Sales and persuasion skills, along with people skills to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work within a small, interconnected environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prioritize, organize, and maintain client records.
  • Will to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
  • Maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
