Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a data center, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

This position requires a skilled professional who can lead a team and execute planned and unplanned activities on time with good communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of shift staff and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently.
  2. Track and close complaints within service level agreements.
  3. Manage incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement recommendations in a timely manner.
  4. Oversee asset management, warranties, maintenance, lifecycle, and capacity management.
  5. Ensure 100% equipment availability by tracking and completing predictive maintenance activities with original equipment manufacturers.
  6. Manage vendor relationships, response times, and turn-around times on complaints, and ensure uptime of redundant equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Educational background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  2. Proven work experience in the data center industry.
  3. Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in data center infrastructure.
  4. Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
