Senior Architect - Healthcare Planner

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Architect to lead our healthcare planning team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospital design, medical planning, and large-scale medical clinic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with MEP, Structural, and medical consultants to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Lead a small team of 5-6 people and oversee project documentation and regulatory approvals.
  • Design interior spaces for hospitals and medical clinics, adhering to medical planning standards and guidelines (e.g., NABH, JCI).
  • Conduct site visits and progress monitoring to ensure project deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Proven experience in medical planning, hospital interiors, and large-scale healthcare facilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
