• Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and align product direction with industry demands within the healthcare payer space.">">
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product enhancements that meet the needs of healthcare payers and their members.">">

Act as the main point of contact between business units, IT, and external partners to ensure alignment on product goals and integration milestones.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, solution architects, and developers to define clear, comprehensive product requirements using prioritization techniques to align with strategic goals.

Collaborate with project management to monitor timelines, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner or business analyst in the US Healthcare payer space, specifically in Core Admin System integration or related areas.">">
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare payer processes, especially enrollment, claims, and payment workflows.">">
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Core Admin System platforms, data integration, and interoperability standards (e.g., EDI, HL7, API integration).">">
• Product Management: Strong product management skills, with hands-on experience in prioritization techniques, roadmap planning, and PI planning.">">
• Agile/SAFe: Solid experience with Agile methodologies; familiarity with SAFe is preferred.">">
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.">">
