Agile Product Manager

As a product manager, you will play a key role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your expertise in agile methodologies and experience in prioritizing product backlogs will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop clear and detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria for successful implementation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, experience in healthcare domain, and expertise in agile methodologies, product development, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT) with 8+ years of experience in building healthcare-related software products.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in the healthcare domain, especially around SaMD - Software as-a Medical Device, and with LIS, EMR, and EHR integrations.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data security, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
  • SAFe Product Owners/Product Manager Certification, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certification.
  • Hands-on experience in working with teams using SAFe.
