Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to spearhead our organization's financial strategy and compliance.

Your expertise in financial planning, internal controls, audit management, and financial reporting will be essential in driving business growth, profitability, and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and compliance.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and strengthen internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee balance sheet preparation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, and accounting standards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for stakeholders, including management, board, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Manage and ensure compliance for direct and indirect taxes, GST, Income Tax, etc., and optimize tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.
  • 17-22 years of post-qualification experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, internal controls, audit management, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, direct and indirect financial internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, e.g., SAP, Oracle, and financial software.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
