Lead Finance Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Finance Professional to spearhead our finance operations. This is a pivotal role that demands a high degree of expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.

The successful candidate will oversee the accounting function for retail accounting of large India Sellers in a dynamic business environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely financial closing, reporting, and statutory audit of end-to-end retail accounting of sellers.

Key qualifications include a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification, extensive experience in accounting management, particularly with Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, have experience directly managing and leading a team of at least 10 members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team of accountants.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive productivity and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify key areas for improvement and develop solutions.

To be considered for this position, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in analysis and reporting financial results.
  • Experience working with Big Four firms and Fortune 500 clients.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and leading a team of 10+ members.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
