Job Title

A leading role exists for a strategic finance professional to oversee financial operations across multiple business units and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
  • CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent advanced financial qualification.
  • ~12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • ~ Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic financial planning.
  • ~ Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • ~ Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry strongly preferred.
  • ~ Experience in M&A and international finance operations will be an advantage.
