Job Overview:

This Quality Manager role ensures internal and external customers' expectations are met by identifying and correcting process gaps, managing program performance, and conducting audits.

The ideal candidate will meet and exceed defined KPIs, initiate KPI projects, and proactively identify possible risks through early warnings. They will also manage and develop improvement plans in liaison with other departments, effectively utilize resources, conduct team reviews, and motivate team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

Excellent collaboration skills, stakeholder management skills, and strong analytical capabilities are essential for success in this role. A background in quality functions and Green Belt certification are required. The ability to execute complex Excel formulas, create presentable charts, and identify connections between situations not obviously related is crucial.

Key Competencies

This role requires result orientation, influencing others, client focus, and conflict management. As a seasoned professional, you will be able to explain concepts like Lean and Six Sigma, make quick decisions to counter issues/problems, and adapt rationale to influence others.
