Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and email regarding app usage, account issues, payments, and services.
  • Provide empathetic guidance and support for users seeking help with astrology-related sessions and app features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address recurring issues and improve user satisfaction.
  • Strive to achieve customer satisfaction targets and contribute to a positive brand image.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Communication).
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in customer service/representative roles (preferably app or tech industry).
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
  • Skillset: Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Mindset: Empathetic, patient, customer-first mindset.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts as per business needs.
