This position is open to individuals who are passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to drive business outcomes.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will design, implement, and deploy production-ready NLP pipelines for classification, named entity recognition (NER), summarization, sentiment analysis, and question answering (QA). They will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM APIs into real-time applications and microservices. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing prompt strategies and evaluating prompt robustness.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable NLP pipelines using popular libraries such as SpaCy and NLTK.
  • Preprocess and structure large-scale textual datasets for fine-tuning and optimization of LLMs.
  • Integrate LLM APIs from leading vendors like OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and Hugging Face into real-time applications.
  • Develop and evaluate prompt strategies for improving model performance and robustness.
  • Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and QA teams to ensure safe and responsible model deployment.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Python programming and experience with popular AI/ML libraries such as Transformers and NLTK.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing NLP pipelines for classification, NER, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
  • Knowledge of vector similarity measures (cosine) and attention mechanisms.
  • Experience with Docker, Git, and REST API development (Flask/FastAPI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Familiarity with LLMOps tooling like LangChain, LlamaIndex, PromptLayer, or similar.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in the field of AI/ML.
