Job Title: AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing AI models, with a deep understanding of both statistical theory and modern AI techniques.

You will work on high-impact projects, from prototyping to production, collaborating with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems using AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, design, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to improve model robustness and interpretability.
  • Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
  • Perform large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Work closely with ML engineers to validate, train, and deploy the models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
