We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key role in our sales team. This position requires someone with extensive experience in high-end automation solutions, lighting controls, and audio-visual systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of background in the High End Lighting/Switches/Security Devices/Audio Visual industry or related fields such as High End Furniture/Bathroom fittings/High end Flooring/BMS. Alternatively, candidates with experience in selling exclusive and niche items that add value to hotel projects are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

Promote and sell Automation Products, Lighting Controls, and Audio Video Systems to high-end clients, including hospitality, residential, and corporate sectors.

Identify and target potential clients such as architects, electrical consultants, chief engineers in hotels, and lighting consultants.

2. Client Interaction:

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring excellent communication and professional representation of the company.

Present tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs for homes, offices, and hotels.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams such as project execution and quotation departments to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of projects.

4. Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Education:

Prioritized qualifications include a degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.

Relevant experience in sales within the Home Automation or related industries will also be considered.

2. Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Strong self-confidence and ability to interact effectively with high-end clients.

Self-driven, team player with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
