Compliance Manager Job Description

The Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's adherence to quality, information security, and environmental standards across all locations globally.

This position oversees compliance tasks essential for maintaining certifications and accreditations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, improve, and implement quality and information security management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.
  • Draft and review documented policies and procedures within management systems.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits for each certification and accreditation.
  • Investigate deviations from management systems and non-conforming work, initiating corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and SOC for security improvements and incident investigation.
  • Collect and analyze data, preparing reports for management on performance and areas for improvement.
  • Organize recurring events, such as management reviews, supplier assessments, risk assessments, backup testing, and business continuity testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance, or relevant disciplines.
  • Certified Internal Auditor on ISO 27001 or equivalent.
  • CISM certification is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
  • Knowledge in ESG preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Sharepoint Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
  • Valid work permit for India required.
