Are you a visual storyteller with expertise in bringing ideas to life through innovative design and video content? We seek a talented Creative Designer to join our team, helping shape the look and feel of our growing education brand while engaging thousands of students digitally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling digital creatives, posters, banners, and brochures for campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Create short videos/reels, edit student testimonials, and design engaging ad creatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital, print, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to deliver high-performing creatives that meet business objectives.
  • Support outreach events and education fairs with impactful branding & collaterals.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends to keep our brand fresh, youthful, and engaging.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer/Creative Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools, demonstrating a high level of technical skill.
  • Strong skills in both static design & video editing, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
  • A keen sense of typography, colors, and layouts, with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging stories.
  • Prior experience in the education or youth-focused sector is a plus, but not required.
