Job Title: Artistic Branding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging social media creatives (posts, reels, stories, carousels).
  • Create marketing collateral for digital and offline use (event invites, brochures, decks, posters).
  • Work with the content and strategy team to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Adapt brand guidelines into dynamic visuals that stand out in competitive spaces.
  • Assist in developing unique brand IPs and design identities for campaigns.
  • Support the production team with styling references, shoot layouts, and creative mockups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva.
  • Strong sense of typography, layouts, and brand-led design thinking.
  • Ability to translate strategy and storytelling into compelling visuals.
  • Eye for detail, aesthetic sensibility, and willingness to experiment with styles.
  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a bonus).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a knack for storytelling through design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
