Visual Communications Specialist

Suraasa is a leading EdTech platform providing high-quality teacher training courses to educators across India. We seek an enthusiastic and creative individual to develop visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and identity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and creativity. They should be proficient in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and possess knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visual designs for Suraasa's marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website layouts.
  • Create engaging educational content such as presentations, infographics, and video storyboards.
  • Maintain and develop Suraasa's brand identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all designs align with our messaging and goals.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
