Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to drive our paid marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

This role requires expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy development, budget allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations to maximize performance.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a fast-growing brand.
  • Proven track record of managing large ad spends across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and growth teams.
  • Bias for action, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
