Hardware Design Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing hardware components, collaborating with software engineers, and ensuring seamless integration.

  • Designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCB), processors, memory modules, and network components, adhering to strict design specifications.
  • Collaborating closely with software engineers to ensure smooth integration of hardware and software components.
  • Conducting thorough testing of hardware prototypes, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Generating comprehensive reports on hardware performance and offering recommendations for enhancement.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing errors in existing hardware components, suggesting suitable repairs or modifications.
  • Overseeing the manufacturing process of electrical components to guarantee compliance with design specifications.
  • Implementing maintenance, repairs, and modifications to existing components to maintain optimal performance.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer technology and design trends to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a hardware design engineer or similar position is essential.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Allegro, and Altium is mandatory.
  • Experience with HDL languages such as Verilog, VHDL, and SystemC is necessary.
  • Good understanding of software languages and integration processes is crucial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision is expected.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to stay current with the latest technological advancements is vital.
