Job Overview:

As a semiconductor chip design front-end principal engineer, you will lead and coordinate the execution of critical stages in integrated circuit development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate front-end stages of IC development
  • Oversee product support for pre-production and post-production phases
  • Ensure successful initiation, development, and sustainment of semiconductor designs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in system architecture for ARM-based MCU product development
  • 8+ years of experience in RTL design, coding, and integration
  • Strong technical skills in digital design, verification, and project management
  • Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for LINT, CDC, SDC validation, and power analysis
  • Exposure to backend and analog processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams
  • Experience in product support for both pre and post-production stages
Preferred Requirements
  • 1+ years of project management experience (waterfall and agile methodologies)
  • Continuous improvement and knowledge of industry standards
Qualifications
  • Masters in VLSI design from reputable universities with a background in electronics and communication engineering or a related field
