Business Development Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Attorney to join our team. This role will be primarily responsible for handling all administrative matters of client companies, maintaining and developing relationships, and managing client teams to ensure client files are in good legal and financial standing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare corporate documents such as directors' and members' resolutions, powers of attorney, and other legal documents for client companies.
  • Participate in incorporation and termination processes of companies, ensuring compliance with legal and economic frameworks.
  • Provide fee quotations for services to clients and charge fees accordingly.
  • Monitor productivity and performance against targets to ensure individual financial and client targets are met.
  • Fully understand client activities and ensure actions taken align with the company's purpose within legal and economic frameworks.
  • Manage companies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in client files.
  • Assure companies are capitalized, and management agreements are available in client files.
  • Work closely with managers to maintain accurate client databases and provide advice on complex requests.
  • Develop and update legal manuals and procedures, contributing to system development and maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Management Teams and work on assigned projects.
