Marketing and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Grow Your Staff. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary range of 4-6 LPA (Rupees) per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to grow their careers in the marketing industry.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute impactful marketing outreach campaigns across email, social media platforms, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and lead generation, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Create persuasive cold email content, messages, and social media posts tailored to different client segments, showcasing your exceptional writing skills and ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage high-value accounts, leveraging data analysis and market research to identify potential clients and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Analyze and optimize marketing materials and outreach tactics based on account-specific insights, ensuring seamless communication and effective lead nurturing.
- Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and effective communication, utilizing your excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and audience segmentation to maximize engagement and inform decision-making, demonstrating your commitment to data-driven marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English, enabling you to effectively interact with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with writing effective cold call scripts and email/Sales pitches, showcasing your ability to craft compelling narratives and persuade potential clients.
- Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn, Twitter, and email marketing platforms to drive engagement and conversions, highlighting your proficiency in leveraging digital tools to achieve marketing goals.
- Proactive attitude towards learning diverse tools for lead generation through cold calling and email marketing, demonstrating your willingness to continuously develop your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- At least 2+ years of outreach experience, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation, although newcomers with proven abilities are encouraged to apply, as we value innovation and fresh perspectives.
