About the RoleThis is a full-time on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mumbai. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our products/services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager or company.
- Customer Acquisition: Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned geographical area or market segment.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects, providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value to customers.
- Market Research: Continuously analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective implementation of sales campaigns.
- Promotional Activities: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or networking opportunities to promote the business and increase brand visibility.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to customer needs.
- Sales and Management Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships, knowledge of marketing strategies, and techniques, ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
