Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources Associate role at Business Financial Group is a dynamic position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that align with business objectives.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions to source top talent.
- Work with Recruiters in North American Regions to hire the right candidates for the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts fairly and consistently, promoting a positive workplace culture and improving employee engagement and morale.
- Conduct exit interviews to understand employee turnover and provide feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees working in North American regions, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
Compliance and Labor Law:
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and other statutory requirements, staying up-to-date with changes in labor regulations and implementing new legal requirements in a timely manner.
- Work with external legal consultants to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance and support to management as needed.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and goal setting, and developing performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Work with managers to identify training and development needs, providing support and resources to help employees grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory HR capacity.
- Experience managing HR processes across multiple regions, particularly North America and India.

- Knowledge:

- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), preferably Zoho Recruit & People, with the ability to manage and analyze HR data.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

- Interpersonal: Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and leadership, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organizational: Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR management tools (especially Zoho Recruit & People), with the ability to analyze and interpret HR data.
