AI Creative Specialist Job Description

Role Overview:

The AI Creative Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to combine art and science by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence in performance marketing.

This position involves generating ad creatives using AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and Firefly, and deploying them directly into Ads Manager. The specialist will also adapt visuals and proof blocks for product detail pages to improve conversion, create email, WhatsApp, and SMS creatives for retention and repeat engagement, and experiment with Instagram/TikTok-style content and UGC-style creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, and coming up with insights or adjusting based on analytics recommendations.
  • Generating new ad variations, deploying creatives into Ads Manager/lifecycle tools, reviewing early signals, and prepping tomorrow's iterations.

Requirements:

To succeed as an AI Creative Specialist, you should have:

  • 0-3 years of experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles or a strong AI creative portfolio.
  • Proven ability to use AI-first tools to create image/video/copy assets.
  • Copwriting chops.
  • Comfort with basic metrics.
  • A fast learner scrappy operator mindset.
