Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Support identifying and reaching out to potential influencers who meet our standards.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets our quality expectations before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign objectives align.
  • Support senior team members in executing influencer campaigns.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, supporting their career development and growth.
  • Build relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist/influencer management with a strong track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
