As a Senior Oracle Solutions Consultant at Accelalpha, you will play a key role in project teams, leading meetings and requirements gathering sessions. You will operate independently to deliver Oracle Solutions to clients, working autonomously on key project deliverables and delivering on time with minimal rework.

Functional and Technical Skills

  • Demonstrates a working, conceptual knowledge of a product area.
  • Knowledge in the system functionality of one or more Oracle software solutions, including analysis, design, testing, customization, and documentation.
  • Applies knowledge for basic problem-solving in typical or standard situations.
  • Makes effort to further acquire relevant knowledge.

  • Conveys knowledge and credibility with effective structuring of ideas, opinions, and information, in writing and speaking.

Key Competencies

  • Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication.
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more product areas (OTM, GTM, WMS, CPQ, etc.) with a minimum of 2 full-lifecycle implementations.
  • Experience in configuring and delivering CRP (Conference Room Pilots) and Demos.
  • Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Certifications

  • Relevant certification for one or more product areas such as GTM, OTM, WMS, CPQ, etc.
