**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a Mortgage Executive to become a vital part of our global team. As a Mortgage Executive, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs, guiding them through the process, and ensuring the smooth execution of mortgage transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Mortgage Consultation: Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding mortgage products and services.
  • Application Processing: Handle the end-to-end processing of mortgage applications, including document collection, verification, and submission to lending institutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with global mortgage regulations and company policies.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Loan Closing: Oversee the final stages of the mortgage process, facilitating loan closing procedures.
  • Documentation: Organize and maintain accurate mortgage documentation and records.
  • Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with team members to meet departmental targets and provide exceptional service to clients.

**Qualifications:**

  • Experience: Proven experience in mortgage processing, lending, or a related role.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with global mortgage regulations and industry practices is highly advantageous.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective client interactions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
