**Key Responsibilities:

• Mortgage Consultation: Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding mortgage products and services.
• Application Processing: Handle the end-to-end processing of mortgage applications, including document collection, verification, and submission to lending institutions.
• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with global mortgage regulations and company policies.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Loan Closing: Oversee the final stages of the mortgage process, facilitating loan closing procedures.
• Documentation: Organize and maintain accurate mortgage documentation and records.
