Job Overview
As a Relationship Manager at Faircent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our DSA channel partners. Your key areas of focus will include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, onboarding new partners, and optimising DSA usage to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Expertise: Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to identify potential loan prospects and contribute to business growth.
  • Client Acquisition Skills: Target new client acquisition by leveraging leads and converting them into business opportunities.
  • Onboarding Experience: Successfully onboard new partners, DSAs, loan aggregators, and fintech firms, with a focus on unsecured loans.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets by optimising DSA usage and enhancing loan conversion, sanction, and utilisation rates.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase sales and effectively manage connectors and builders.
  • Partnership Development Skills: Forge and nurture new channel partnerships to explore new markets and boost business opportunities.
  • Business Channel Expansion: Identify and secure business from market channels, constantly exploring new avenues for growth.

Requirements
  • Driven and goal-oriented with the ability to excel as an individual contributor.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development, specializing in banking and unsecured loans, with a focus on managing DSA channels.
  • Confident in customer interactions, ensuring they maximise their account benefits.
  • Dedicated to customer service and solving problems.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving recurring issues through innovative workflows.
  • Team player with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Background in customer service within the finance sector.
  • Experience in startup environments, adaptable to rapid changes is preferred.
  • Additional knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada).
