Financial Leadership Role

Strategic Financial Vision:

Partner with Directors to drive finance across group businesses, providing proactive leadership and insightful guidance.

  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting strategies in collaboration with plant finance teams.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management information systems (MIS), and compliance reports across various business verticals.
  • Manage working capital, banking relationships, and fund flows effectively, ensuring zero defaults.
  • Lead cost analysis and dashboard development for informed strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless export-import documentation and operations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA (Finance) / ICWA / M.Com | CA preferred for a deep understanding of financial principles.
  • 5–7 years' experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Exports & Imports, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing background, driving growth and efficiency.
  • Strong command of Google Sheets & MIS reporting, along with the creation of bills of materials (BOM).
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with bankers and institutions.
  • Proven people management skills with remote teams, fostering collaboration and motivation.
