**Job Opportunity: Plant Manager**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our manufacturing facility in Mumbai, India. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing factory operations, ensuring smooth processes, and aligning with business goals across various aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end factory operations aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to production, planning, quality, safety, maintenance, HR, and lean teams.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and lead an engaged workforce through talent development, coaching, and inclusive leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, food, or dairy preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role.
