Field Operations Lead

Job Description:

The Field Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing screening and sampling activities in the Consumer Bank Retail Asset department. This includes pre- and post-verification activities, managing teams and vendors to drive field-level initiatives, and processing MIS and bills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screening & Sampling: Oversee consumer bank retail asset screening and sampling activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Team Management: Manage teams and vendors to drive field-level initiatives and activities.
  • MIS & Bill Processing: Process MIS and bills related to vendors.
Requirements:Education and Experience:

A graduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC verification is required. Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and bank policies is essential.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of retail asset products, processes, and business requirements.
  • Capability of preempting possible violations of controls and processes across retail assets.
  • Good analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
