We are seeking a highly organized and proactive business professional to lead our daily operations. This role combines finance, human resources, and administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless day-to-day activities across India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Collect and organize invoices, record expenses under the correct heads, prepare project-wise profit and loss statements, and provide clear snapshots of the overall profit and loss for all markets and projects.
  • Human Resources & Payroll: Draft and issue offer letters, process monthly salary payouts, deduct taxes and other statutory compliances where applicable, and support basic HR and people operations tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Manage travel bookings and logistics, handle paperwork and documentation, and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A background in finance, accounts, or business administration.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, etc.).
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
