Job Description:

As a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall quality of our web domain project. You will be responsible for developing test strategies and overseeing the quality assurance efforts.

  • Develop and implement test plans, processes, and strategies for web applications.
  • Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance to team members.
  • Manage testing for high-traffic and high-visibility client sites, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, leveraging expertise in tools like Selenium or Mabl.
  • Oversee API and performance testing, collaborating with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices, driving continuous improvement within the QA team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing roles.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategize testing approaches.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications, with a strong understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool, such as Mabl.
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously, ideally with experience working in a Linux environment.
