Agile Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support one or more teams within our Agile environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and the unique challenges of product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Facilitation & Agile Coaching
    • Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, and all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
    • Coach the team on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and collaborative approaches.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.
  • Delivery & Execution Support
    • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
    • Ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.
  • Agile Alignment
    • Coordinate with other Agile Coaches and Stakeholders to ensure cross-team alignment.
    • Support the team in meeting organizational commitments and improving flow metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in an Agile environment, ideally within a large-scale implementation.
  • Experience supporting teams building complex products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Agile Coach (CAC) and/or SAFe Agile Coach (SAC) certifications.
  • Background in software engineering or data science is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
  • Understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment.
